Employment applications are available at the check-out desk. The library accepts applications on an ongoing basis. They are kept on file in the Administration offices for one year. Everyone interested in employment with the Twinsburg Public Library must complete an application. Resumes are welcome, but cannot be used as a substitute for the application form. A resume alone is not sufficient for consideration.

Most positions require working a schedule which will include Saturday, Sunday, and evening hours.

Library Associate-Childrens:

Part-time, motivated, self-starter needed for busy, progressive Children’s Place at the Twinsburg Public Library. Will be required to lead a minimum of four story time sessions-serving ages 2-5. Will provide some customer service at Children’s Reference/Circulation Desk. Minimum/Maximum of 2 evenings per week. College degree and experience working with children in a day care, preschool, elementary school or other structured settings required. The Twinsburg Public Library is participating in the State Library’s Ohio Ready to Ready program.  Background in early childhood literacy/education preferred. Must be joyful, flexible and energetic. $11.50-$12.00 based on experience.
