Getting a Library CardAny Ohio resident may obtain a Twinsburg Public Library Card. Applicants must have current ID with present address, plus one form that verifies name. Otherwise, the library will mail the card to home address. Children under the age of 16 must have a parent or legal guardian present to apply and co-sign for a library card. Cards are free for first time applicants. There is a $1.00 replacement fee for lost or stolen cards. Cards issued at the Twinsburg Library are recognized at any CLEVNET Library.
