Cozy Craft Night

Story Times

Registration for Pre School Story Time and Little Listeners Story Time is required. To register, please stop in, or call 330.425.4268 x 3.  Classes begin the week of September 12 and conclude the week of December 12, 2011.  Classes will resume the week of January 9, 2012.  Please register for 2012 session beginning December 12, 2011.

Sign to Your Baby

Baby sign language is all about using simple gestures with babies and toddlers that allow parents and caregivers to communicate long before they have begun speaking.
For ages birth through 36 months.

Class dates: Wednesdays, February 8, 2012 - March 28, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

Sign Language with Miss Debbie




Finger spelling and Sign language will be taught through the use of songs, games, crafts, and storytelling. Students will be able to sign the alphabet along with words and simple sentences.

Ages 4-6 years old  - 5:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

BookFlix


The library is pleased to announce we are now offering Scholastic BookFlix!
- BookFlix is a new online literacy resource that pairs classic video storybooks from Weston Woods with related nonfiction eBooks from Scholastic to build a love of reading and learning. The engaging way to link fact and fiction, BookFlix reinforces early reading skills and introduces children to a world of knowledge and exploration.

Rock n' Reads

Twinsburg Public Library is pleased to be selected as a partner library with Cracker Barrel's Rockin' Reading Program. Rockin’ Reader builds caring and literacy in the community by providing a comfortable space for volunteers to read with children.
In the first year of the program, the volunteers at the partner schools contributed 16,400 hours of reading time with children.
