Does your book club let you play with laser rifles? No? Then perhaps you need game club.
Game Club is a new group sponsored by the Twinsburg Public Library. It’s a simple premise: we play games. Then we talk about those games. We’ll help each other get to the finish. We’ll talk about the story, and about the features we loved, hated, or just didn’t quite get.
The games might be classics you may have missed, indie projects, or just good titles that didn’t get the recognition they deserved. We’ll try to pick titles that go beyond the basic run ‘n gun, though. Oh, and we’ll try not to pick the really spendy titles.
Game Club is open to adults and teens age 14 and over. It meets on the last Tuesday of the month. For more information, e-mail Fred Baerkircher at
