Frequently Asked Questions

Who can check out a Nook?

You must be in good standing with the Twinsburg Public Library and be 18 or older to check out a Nook.  The address on your library card must be current and match that on your driver's license; if your driver's license has an incorrect address, you must be able to provide proof of your current address.

What is the procedure for checking out a Nook?

If a Nook is available, an availability box will be on display in the library.  Bring the box to the computer lab and exchange it for the device.  We must have a signed Twinsburg Public Library Equipment Loan Application on file, which requires a library card number and a driver's license number.  We must also have an initialed copy of the E-Reader Addendum on file.  You should read the Twinsburg Public Library Equipment Loan Policy as well as the Addendum so you understand your responsibilities as a Nook borrower.

How do I find out what is on each Nook?

Click here to see the lists of titles available on each Nook.  This part of our website also lists physical materials that are available in the library - look for the "Nook" lists.

What do I do if I have trouble with the device?
