In cooperation with local Summit County organizations, ArtsNow of Summit County, and the generous donations in memory of Joan Domeck, Twinsburg Public Library brings you passes for checkout. You can reserve passes to Summit County cultural institutions for enjoyment and learning.
Please note that the list of participating organizations may change. Visit the reservation page for a complete listing.
You are responsible for verifying that the organization is open to public on the day you visit. The library only provides access to the passes. Passes are for general admission and do not grant access to special events.
Who can check out passes?
Any adult with a Twinsburg Public Library card in good standing.
What are the limitations?
Due to the anticipated demand, there will be limitations. You may reserve one pass per month per organization. This means that you can take out a zoo pass and an art museum pass in the same month. However, you may not reserve two zoo passes in a single month.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot do same day reservation and pickup. If you would like a pass for a Saturday or Sunday, please reserve by the previous Friday.
How do I reserve a pass?
Go to the reservation page.
Select the days that you would like to reserve the pass. You may keep a pass for up to 4 days. You can reserve up to 3 months in advance.
How do I pick up and return a reserved pass?
The passes will be checked out on the library card holder’s account at the start of the reservation period. You may go to the Adult Reference Desk to pick up the pass anytime during your reservation period. The library card holder who reserved the pass must be the one to pick it up on the same library card used for the reservation.
Return the pass to the Adult Reference Desk. DO NOT put passes in the book-drop. You must return the pass by the last day of the reservation period before the library closes. You can return the pass early in your reservation period.
What if I need to cancel?
You may call the library at 330-425-4268 ext. 5.
Because these passes are a newer service, we ask that you limit the cancellations. If you cancel often, your privileges will be suspended for 6 months. Often is defined as 3 cancellations in a single month. No shows count.
What are the fines?
Late fees are $1.00 per day. Lost or damaged passes will be charged the full price of a pass which is $80.00.
