PLEASE NOTE: This event is open to EVERYONE - Not just those participating in the 2012 50 Book Challenge.
Everyone is welcome to join Jackie O in congratulating the successful 50 Book Challengers at the Celebration party.  In addition to great food, we'll also have a preview of likely Pulitzer nominees, Best Books of the Year lists, prizes and of course free books!  Challengers who have read 50 books can pick up their awards, and anyone can pick up a book log and join the 2013 Challenge.  Best of all, we'll be traveling back in time when we visit with the incomparable Jackie Kennedy Onassis.  Well, actually, it's local actress Carol Starre-Kmiecik, and you'll find her performance a treat.  Jackie O spent the last third of her life in literature, editing over 100 books, including the works of authors such as George Plimpton, Diana West and Bill Moyers.

PS  If you are a successful challenger and can't make it, please pick up your award at the Reference Desk any time after January 10. And don't forget to reset your 50 Book account on January 1 to start the 2013 Challenge!
