Help Getting Hired

Long time, career and job training expert, Ebony Williams will present a three part series of classes focused on providing the job seeker Help Getting Hired. The 3-part series will be presented each month from February to May. The first class will demonstrate strategies for Selling Yourself to Employers. The second class will focus attention on that all-important resume – What’s Your Resume Saying About You? The third class is entitled Sealing the Deal: The Interview. The classes, which last 3 hours, will be presented on Mondays and Saturdays each month. Please visit our calendar of events to register for your session.

Tri C Print Club: Thinking in Reverse

The Print Club of Cuyahoga Community College Eastern campus will present Thinking in Reverse, an exhibition of original, hand-pulled prints created by students of the Tri-C Print Club who are passionate about printmaking!  You are invited to the opening reception in the Library’s exhibition gallery at 2:00 P. M., Sunday April 22, 2012.  Come meet the artists, enjoy light refreshments and view original, hand pulled prints.  Learn about printmaking, an ancient art that employs a variety of techniques including intaglio, woodcut, linocut and silkscreen. The exhibit will be on display from Sunday, April 15 until May 30.

For individual instruction take advantage of our Computer Coach! Class sessions range from a half-hour to an hour with library staffers who will help you get started with the wide world of computers! Please contact the Computer Lab at 330-425-4268x4 to make an appointment.
