Guidelines
The comb binder located in the Makerspace is available for self service at $1.00 per binding. You may also request staff to comb bind printed works at an additional fee of $10.00 per binding.
Comb bookbinding service is limited to comb binding with clear plastic covers. We do not offer traditional bookbinding services.
The Library will not bind works that are copyrighted by another person or entity. Each work can have no more than 100 physical pages.
If the Library is expected to print the pages, the Library will only accept PDF document files for binding. Standard printing costs apply to all pages printed.
Submission
Please allow two business days for the completion of 1-5 copies of a work.
The Library requires a two-week advanced notice for orders of 6-10 copies of a work. The Library will not accept orders of over 10 copies of a work.
Orders must be placed in person at the Reference Desk. The Library accepts cash, check, or credit card.
Payment
Patrons must pay for bound works before they can pick up their items. The Library will not process orders until payment is made.
Terms of Service
As with all services offered by the Library, this service is governed by the Library's policies and procedures. The Library reserves the right to refuse this service and not accept payment for any material that violates our policies or terms of use. No materials that cause disruption of the Library's working environment will be accepted.
